A New Year

Again, it has been a year since my last post

What has changed...
Not too much, Jeremey continues to work for the Federal Government, I also am in the same profession. As for my relationship with the Lord, stronger each day though I have to admit I do not call upon Him nearly as much as I need to.
Oh and for the "family vehicle" well it will soon have it's family!

After years of trying and many months of doctors, surgery, medication and procedures we have been blessed with a child! It was on July 1st 2011 when we discovered the great news "Melony is PREGNANT". And it was in October we discovered it is a boy!

Now it's February and he will be coming in just a few short weeks! His room is ready, his bags are packed, his name is picked out... Caleb Ray. Mommy and Daddy have taken HypnoBirthing classes and have picked out a pediatrician.

Even though as this point I find it hard to understand or to grasp the truth, the reality of motherhood I feel SO TOTAL Y BLESSED BEYOND MEASURE.

We are also looking for a home during this time. What can I say about that? It is not what I thought it was going to be. It is really difficult, scary and final. We have spent 11 hours looking with a Realtor at probably 20 or more houses. I have found 1 I love, 1 I really like and 1 I like. The one I love is no longer on the market and the other two are, well, under discussion. How stressful this is.

Meet Caleb!

One Year Later

One Year Later and boy, have we had some changes.

Last years fast made a big impact in our lives. Not only has our diets changes immensely but also our closeness to the Lord. I am so pleased with my turn-a-round. I can not describe the peace and comfort I have found. Such as I do not deserve, but so grateful to have.

The Lord has brought us both to a new job and a different part of Florida. Jemremey is now working for the Federal Government. I work for a wonderful organization who assists children and adults, who have a mental illness', to function with in the community.

We recently purchased a new vehicle. I have finally matured out of the 11 year-old SunFire! Though it was sad to hand her over it is sooo nice to have a dependable vehicle. Our family vehicle is now read for the family!

I look forward to blogging about the many blessing that are showered upon us this year.
Let me tell you... God is good.... ALL THE TIME.

Day Twenty

Breakfast 8:00 am
special K cereal
soy milk

Lunch 11:00 am
Left over pot pie
small bag of sun chips
4 coconut shrimp (totally cheated)

All good things must come to an end, even if the end seems too early. I want to thank anyone who supported us during this adventure. I have gained so much from this spiritual journey. I am now closer to the Lord and have the knowledge to cook meals that taste awesome and do not contain meat.

I know we are falling one day short but I am sure we will be forgiven. Jeremey and I decided to take advantage of his long weekend and go camping. All I have to say is... What is camping with out hot dogs and smores? Therefore, we are breaking the fast a day early.

What we have learned both spiritually and physically will not be forgotten but yet played out in your lives daily.
God Bless
