Day Nine

Breakfast 9:20 am
flax cereal
Soy milk
1 banana


Lunch 11:15am
small salad with ginger dressing
1 butternut squash enchilada with fat free sour cream

Afternoon snack 2:00 pm
roasted almond granola bar

Dinner 8:20 pm
Vegetarian Lasagna
slice of wheat bread with peanut butter
1 glass of soy milk

Late night snack 10:30 pm
5 or 6 baby carrots


We are really enjoying this new life style. No to mention our waist line likes it too! Combined with the devotional Pastor Dan prepared I am getting closer to my goal. Praise the Lord!
