Day Five

Breakfast 9:40 am
bowl of Falx cereal
soy milk
kiwi



Lunch 1:10 pm
small salad with raspberry dressing
1 wheat bread with peanut butter
spaghetti!


Dinner 8:10 pm
1 Boca burger with mushrooms, baby spinach and Cheddar cheese
yuca
1 granola bar
1 glass of juice

I found out today during bible study class that we were killing ourselves and doing the fast wrong (or to the extreme). So I am grateful to announce we can now introduce dairy back into our diets. Snacking is also allowed but Jeremey and I decided to refrain from that aspect. Until tomorrow...
