Day Two

OK, yesterday was not so bad. Today may be a different story, it is Monday... a work day.

Breakfast 9:30 am

1 Bowl of Pumpkin flax Cereal

1 cup of soy milk

1 glass of Jeremey's fruit concoction (tasted much better the first day)

Lunch 1:00

Veggie stir fry with brown rice (same veggies as yesterdays salad and water chestnuts and bean sprouts)

small salad (with the same veggies as above just raw)

1/4 cup of raspberry Merlot vinaigrette dressing

a few soy "apple cinnamon" chips

1 red organic apple

I have never been so happy to eat rice!

Dinner 8:00 pm

1 bowl of home-made veggie soup

peanut butter and banana sandwich on wheat bread

1/4 cup of almonds

...Lesson learned... DO NOT eat a huge lunch...bad news
