Breakfast 8:20 am

soy milk
banana
straberry yogurt with blueberries


Lunch 11:45 am
leftover (again) coconut tofu keema with brown rice
peanut butter sandwich
1 weight watchers yogurt

Dinner 7:30 pm
Chana Masala over brown rice
small salad with ginger dressing

Late night snack 10:30 pm
fruit any yogurt parfait
