Day seventeen

Breakfast 9:20 am
oatmeal with peaches
1 glass of soy milk


Lunch 11:40 am
1 small salad with Italian dressing
left over coconut tofu keema with brown rice
yogurt and blueberries

Afternoon snack 3:00 pm
1 banana

Dinner 7:00 pm
2 Swiss Spinach Strudel
peas and mushrooms
