Day sixteen

Breakfast 9:40 am
special K
1 banana
milk


Lunch 1:00 pm
leftover veggie potato pancake
1/2 cup of smashed butternut squash
small salad with ginger dressing


Afternoon Snack 3:00pm
red apple


Dinner 7:15
Coconut Tofu Keema with brown rice
1 slice of marble rye bread
1 glass of OJ
fruit and yogurt parfait

I was just looking back at the past few weeks and saw that I made tons of spelling errors and on day 5 we discovered that we could change up our diets. In that passage it read that 'snacking was allowed but Jeremey and I decided to reframe from that'...oops
