Did you know?

Did you know that a regular CRT TV powered on for just one hour burns 2.3 KWh, that translates into .25 cents a month.

Doesn't sound like much but that is just one hour. Lets say a TV is left on all day... that is 56 KWh and $6.16 a month, $74 a year...just for one TV!!!

Lets add that in with all the other things left on all the time (A/C, water heater, computers, alarm clocks, etc.) That stuff really adds up! Come on people we can not be wasteful in this economy. We are killing our wallets and the environment.

UNPLUG AND TURN OFF WHAT YOU ARE NOT USING!

I sure know I am going to try my best.

Take a look for your self....

My Favorite things

I got some of the most wonderful presents for Christmas.
Jeremey got me a DVD video camera! I love it and can't wait until I have something to record!
Jack, My father-in-law, got me a beautiful grandfather clock. I never knew how much I wanted one until I got one.

..

I couldn't help the glare. When the tree leaves the clock find its home.

Merry Christmas!

This year was very different than anything I have ever experienced. This year I made not only Thanksgiving dinner but also Christmas! Man, am I tired! Totally drained. I must say that I am glad I got to experience this responsibility, but I am done! I don't want to do it again, at least not both holidays and not for a while.
From what I was told, Jeremey and I did a good job and the food was also good. So I guess that is something right.
We had a great Christmas and are so happy that Jeremey's mother (Laura), Step-father (Frank) and sister (Ashley) spent Christmas here at our home. Oh, and Corky (the dog) too! We love you all and hope you had a great time!

My precious moments nativity set.

Kyler and Cooper playing not with the toy but with it's box. Go figure!

When all was said and done it was a great Christmas and a tiring one too.

Our Second Year!

Yesterday was Jeremey and my second anniversary. It was a wonderful day. I was so surprised when I found out that Jeremey secretly took the day off of work (something he has never done). He came to my work with flowers and shortly after that we were headed off to a great dinner at Makoto's and a movie. It was so great for us to be together on that day!

Jeremey, I love you so very much and it grows more each and every day. You are the best friend anyone could ask for! Thank you for everything.

I don't feel so good.

Jeremey gave me his cold. I am stuck at home on the couch to fend for myself.

In Agreement

I would have to agree with you, Jeremey. I also miss being a carefree kid. I too went out late at night to the beach and hung out with my friends. I have lots of great obscured memories with all of them: making videos at parties, indoor fireworks, watching my friends "jam out", going to movies, getting stopped by the Orlando PD at a bus stop or just a driving down River Road. I do miss it but I also love where my life has taken me and who I am becoming. I am grateful for my experiences but I am also excited for all the new kind of experiences that awaits. Some things I wish maybe didn't happen but none the less it is over and I have learned.

I love all my friends and how they enriched my life (in some way, shape or form)
So then this one goes out to my crew: Lauren, Hollie, Ashley, Megan, Chris, Erin, Danny, Kale, Justin, Bobby, Darren, Ryan, Billy, Mike of the Jungle, Jasmin, Jeremey, Sheri, Michael G, Neil, Adam, Paul, Yetti, Sean, Jenny, Joey, Brad, Mike Shoup, Shaggy, Mike, Eric. And greatly Lauren with whom I probably would not have met most of others nor get into the fun I did! Not to mention the majority of Fun was with Lauren.

Remember all the good times

And yes Jeremey, me being covered in beer, from waist to toe, will be posted in the hall of fame of stupid shit! I will always remember but never understand.

The end of the term is here.

I am so tired of studying! I feel so numb!

My finals are approaching. I have taken my first this morning (Psychology of personality) . I don't want to speak too soon but I think I did pretty good preparing myself for it. I have one more tonight (Corrections and penology) than one Tuesday afternoon (psychology of prejudice) and the last one Thursday night (abnormal psychology). Wish me luck! I really want to keep my honors.

My new project

This is a project I saw on the HG network. It really isn't that bad. What do you think?

We added more lights.

It's beginnig to look alot like Christmas!

Jeremey started working on the lights Wednesday!

And here is the finished product.

Looks great huh?

Today we got our tree! Isn't it great!

Christmas is the best holiday. I just love the feeling and frame of mind that it produces.

I would also like to say a big Happy Birthday to my friend/co-worker Susan!

Have to admit.

I have to admit that I wish we had a big wedding. Looking at friends pictures and attending others weddings it kinda makes me sad. We have talked about having a vow renewal ceremony but I'm not sure if that will even happen.
I would just really like it if Jeremey and I could share this joyous event with our whole family. The situation we were in did not allow every person special to us to attend our wedding. So I am hoping one day we will be able to.

I want the big blow out party and all the really cool pictures. The food catered, the music, the drinks, the dress, the ...everything. Not to mention we owe it to ourselves to go on our honeymoon. Some place awesome! Just the two of us blowing tons of cash. One day we will get the wedding of our "wildest" dreams.
Before this gets misconstrued I want to say that our wedding was great. Hell, it was totally us! I am just imagining that but on steroids. You know my opinion on this topic changes daily but the one thing that stays the same is the honeymoon. I really want to go somewhere! Jeremey I hope your with me (as long as you are it is more likely it will become a reality).
