Day Ten

Breakfast 9:15 am
1 blueberry yogurt
1 piece of wheat toast with butter


Lunch 12:30 pm
left over vegetarian lasagna
small salad with Italian dressing
quarter size piece of coconut

Dinner 7:30 pm
Ginger veggie stir-fry
1 piece of wheat bread with peanut butter and a tiny bit of nutella

Late night snack 10:20 pm
handful of baby carrots
1 glass of green tea (hot)
