Breakfast 9:30 am
1 bowl of Flax Cereal
Soy milk
1 banana- that made me sick to just look at
Lunch 1:30 pm
small salad
1 bowl of last nights soup
1 pear
1 slice of wheat bread- to dip in the bland soup
cup of green tea
Dinner 7:00pm
small salad
1/4 cup of almonds
1 glass of Melony's fruit concoction
3/4 cup of beans over 1/3 cup rice- peas, chickpea and lentil
5 steamed asparagus
I must say that this diner was difficult. I learned that I am not good at mixing beans. To be honest, I cried over dinner. It was so bad...almost uneatable. As I reluctantly ate, I kept saying to myself "I don't want to do this anymore.. no more". I think the breaking point was when I stuffed 5 raisins into my mouth like a child with candy or like a coke addict getting their fix.
Happy to announce that I have regained faith in myself and the strength to continue. All because God whispered to me... "tomorrow, make spaghetti".
It is not the fast that is hard, it is the figuring out how to make the same thing over and over again without getting sick at the very sight.

The food isn't that bad. I tried some of the beans while making my dinner and I thought it was better than just salad. You are doing great honey. I love YOU.
